    water is already in. Then it is worked with the butter. Water is put in on the butter in the wooden dish to wash off the butter milk. Then the water is poured out and salt is put in and mixed through the butter.
    Then it is weighed and made into half pounds and pounds with small spades made from wood and it is sold to the shopkeepers.
