    They partook of their meals, three times in the day. Breakfast in the morning at about eight o'clock, but they used do a few hours work before it. Dinner then at twelve o'clock and tea at six in the evening.
    If we used such kind of food to-day we would be far healthier and stronger. Our ancestors were always a self reliant, self respecting, self feeding, self clothing people.
