paving stones, with a little straw thrown over them. Our horse is tied with a halter to a manger. The manger is for feeding him with hay.
We never keep the donkey where we keep the horse, because the donkey's breath is very bad for a horse, it gives the horse bad wind, People should never say to a horse, "That's a fine horse," "Thats a good horse", "He is the makings of a good horse, with out saying, "God bless her or God bless him " ; - or "with the help of God he will be the makings of a good animal."
Sometimes animals are overlooked and they never thrive, or they might die, because somepeople are born with evil eyes, and somepeople never bless animals
