  1. Lime is burned in a lime kiln. The lime kiln is made round about, and its built with stone and marter, and a little window in the bottom for the lime to be taken out.
    When they begin to burn the kiln they gather limestones and break them fine. Then they light a fire in the bottom of the kiln, and throw a line of stones and a line
