    was another lady teacher there also. Her name was Miss Lighe, Kilbride, Ballycastle. The place where the school was in olden times is a swampy bit of waste land now.
    There was a Protestant school in Kilcummin near where there was a Coast Guard Station in olden times. There was a Protestant teacher there, his name was Branigan. There used to be Catholic children going to school there, and the Priest took them away from it. He would not allow them to go to the Protestant school. When there was not much Protestants there only a few, it was a lady teacher that was there, her name was Miss Wilson from Mullaghfarry.
    There was another school at Tooreen Cross roads. There was a lady teacher there called Miss Mc Kenzie. She was lodged in Mr William Coultry's of Parmerstown, Killala, R. I. P. There was not many scholars going there. When the school was wrecked
