    In them times there were men going around through the country called poor-scholars. The little pot was in some corner of the house, and this man came in. What ever delay he made he seen the little pot, and he read off it. "Where ever this was got the same is the other side." They dug again and got more, and they became very rich after that. It is said the man stopped the drink from that day forward.
    Its an old saying
