   1. A stye: A stye is cured by going out to the goose berry bush when you get up in the morning and pull nine thorns. You point three of them at your eye for three mornings and throw the last one away saying in the name of the Father The Son and The Holy Ghost.
   2.) Whooping Cough is cured with Milk left behind by a ferret.
   3) Itchy heels. Itchy heels is cured with blue stone and oil mixed together you rub it into the horse's heels

   3) Mr Smith of Aughaloora will cure a whitlow.
