  1. The name of the townland in which I was born in is Killuran More. There are two others, Killuran Abbey and Killuran Beg. There are several others, namely Gurtatrassa, Drumin, Dreamean, Ballnabrone, Clare Mount, Ballymacdonell, Hnock Brock, Inchelogue, Com Brock, Clounglehen, Brocka, New-town, Silver-Grove, Kealderra, Caher-Hurley, Caher Hurley got its name from a great giant that lived there in olden days. He was a great goal-keeper. He used to stop the ball with the body of a car which he used for a hurley.
