Ar an leathanach seo

  1. Once upon a time there was an old woman and her son living in the middle of a wood.
    The son's name was Abraham and she called him The Gasson's but he was seventythree. They were Protestants and never went to Chruch.
    One day the minister went to the home and wanted them to go to Church. He said that he wouldn't ask the Mother to go for she was too old and would'nt be able to walk to it but The Gasson's would be able to go.
    It was seven miles away and the boy did'nt want to go an the minister asked the Mother to make him go and she said if it was the Gasson's will that he'd go. She got him ready and wanted him to go. She said, "You can just go and show that your there and then he can't say anything."
    Then the boy said he would be starved and she said she'd make a pan cake for him. So she made it for him and he put it under his coat and ran off. Every mile of the road he went he would take out a bit and ate it. He came to the Chruch and went in. The Minister was preaching and he was listening
