The Smiths of Drumcree, Captain Smith and family and the Smiths of Barbaville are buried there in the tomb. About twenty years ago four men went to Kilcumney to open the tomb. There is a big flag at the entrance that has to be removed with crow-bars. There are six big rings in it. When they removed the flag one of the coffins was off the shelf was standing upright at the opening and fell out. They replaced it, although they were fightened at first. The Crawforts (?) of Killallon, Reynolds of Archestown, and Kilynon, which is near Killucan.
Peatersons are also buried there.
