    The popular theory is that it was the "Paris" manned by a crew from the other world, that brought the dead bishop from Schull to Midleton and the the bishop was buried by the same hands that manned the "Paris" on that eventful night. At the present day when any of the natives of Schull meet the Rathcoursey fishing folk they always enquire if the old Paris still remains.
