    When you visit a newly born baby it is lucky to put money in its right hand.
    It is lucky for a man to give money to a child first.
    A baby is always left to sleep in its christening dress after coming from the chapel.
    It is considered lucky for a baby to be born with a lucky cap.
    If a baby is born on Whit Sunday a grave has to be made for it and it has to be buried three times to take the crossness off it. The child is not
