  1. A few years ago a man named Barry got suddenly ill who lived in the Glan district. A neighbouring man went for the priest. This priests name was Father Gralten and he lived in Corrlough where Dennis O Brien's house now stands.
    When this man arrived at the priest's house the priest was away. He left the message at the priest's house and when the priest arrived back he read his office.
    He took his horse and at full speed passed the Chapel Road. It was about eleven o'clock at night and two men named Patrick Hyland and Jim Scollin were chatting on the road.
