    The Palm is used on the Sunday before Easter Sunday it commemorates or brings to our mind when Jesus was going into Jerusalem on an old ass and the people laid Palm under his feet and on the next Friday they crucified him. We also use a figure of Jesus crucified in our houses.

    The Harp is the emblem of Ireland and it is made from cardboard and green ribbon and gold thread.
