    24th February 1938.
The Long ago people lived principally on potatoes and Porridge and these they preferred .it was easy to know that they were eating porridge for they were three times as strong and far more healthy than the men and women nowadays. Tea and bread are the common foods now and they give but little nourishment or strength. Tea and sweet -cake and other things are the food at weddings nowadays.
