  1. Dean Swift was travelling on horseback one day. On coming on a group of boys together he dismounted and spoke to the boys. Before he left he taught them a prayer saying I will come this way in a twelve month and picking out one boy he said "I will ask you to have it for me by then. The prayer was Lamb of God who takest away the sins of the world have mercy on me.
    The twelve months passed and the Dean called again and asked the boy to say the prayer. The boy began, Sheep of God etc Oh not at all says the Dean. Oh says the boy the lambs of last year are sheep now.
