    All of a sudden, the child quit crying and sat up straight and shouted out at the height of his voice.
    "I'm in the world this hundred years and more
    But water boiling in an egg-shell
    I never saw before"
    And before the poor woman knew where she was with the "fret" she got - the child disappeared up the chimney and was never seen again.
