    In Cloncovid there is an old fort with a big stone in the centre where there is supposed to be a treasure hidden.
    An old legend says that a prince in olden times hid all his wealth under a big stone, because he had a lot of enemies and a messenger came to him one night and told him that he was going to murdered so he hid all his wealth in this fort under the stone.
