    (3) Once Jesus, riding on an ass, was fleeing from the Jews who were in pursuit of Him to kill Him. The Blessed Virgin Mary was in the company of Jesus. Jesus slipped from the ass to the ground and in falling sprained his foot. The Blessed Virgin made the cure of the sprain, and healed Jesus. The people in this district supposed to have the cure of a sprain say the following words when making the cure:-
    Jesus sat on an ass's colt
    His foot slipped and down He sat.
    Late to late and joint to joint
    Everything right and holy
    Just as it ought to be.
    I toucheth and the Lord healeth
