    The potatoes are dug in the Autumn, and are picked and put in a pit in the ground.
    The following are the names of the potatoes we grow, "Epicures" "Pinks" and "Victors"
    Starch used to be made out of potatoes. When people make 'boxty' they keep the water that they boiled it in, for starch.
