  1. The principal roads leading from Belcoo are one to Enniskillen, one to Sligo, one to Garrison. The road leading to Enniskillen passes Lower Lough Mac Nean and the one leading to Sligo passes Upper Lough Mac Nean. The one leading to Garrison passes part of Upper Lough Mac Nean. The less important roads are the Boho road, and the road from Florencecourt to Blacklion.
    Part of the old Sligo road is still to be seen. It is mostly overgrown with grass and weeds. It is much narrower than the new road, and is now used as a pass.
    There are very steep hills on it, and in the olden days, the horses found it hard
