  1. There are two forges in our parish; one in Belcoo, and the other in Blacklion.
The name of the smith in both forges is Miles Flynn. There is a slated roof on the forge in Belcoo, and a thatched roof on the forge in Blacklion.
The door on the forge in Belcoo is shaped like a horse shoe, and the shape of the forge door in Blacklion is oblong. There is one fireplace in each forge. The smith shoes horses, asses, and mules.
He makes spades and shovels, and horse-shoes.
