  2. The names of the roads on this locality are:- the Boherquill road or the Pound road, the Float road, the new line road and the quarry lane. The Boherquill road leads from Lismacaffrey cross-roads to Boherquill Church. The Float road leads from Lismacaffrey cross-roads to Coole. The new line road was made the time the famine was in this country. There was a man living in Fermore who worked at it and his name was Larry Ward.
