    Tub and barrel making.
    James Donleavy was a great man for making tubs and barrels. He was known as Jimmie the Cooper.
    Shoemakers.
    Tim Owens was a good shoemaker. He would go from house to house making boots. Everyone in this locality got boots made by him. He earned his living on that.
    Carpenters.
    John King who lived in Chancery was a great carpenter. He made gates, windows and furniture.
    Basket Making.
    James Molloy of Clonmore was a great man to make baskets. He would get some thin sallies and a thick one. Then he would divide the thick sally in two and make a hoop of one of them. He would twist the thin sallies together and fasten them to the sally that he made round.
