   The Lime Kiln field was called by that name, because there was a Lime Kiln in it long ago.
   The Point was called by that name it is getting narrower towards the foot.
   The Well field was called by its name, because the well is in it.
   The Field in front of the door was called by its name, because it lies in front of the house.
   Teddy's acre was called by that name, because a man named Teddy lived on that acre.

   We have a field called the Crockin. It got that name because it is very low at the bottom, and it rises up at the top into a round hill. We have another field called the lime-kiln field. It got that name because there was a lime kiln in the head of it long ago. We have a field called the Curragh. It was called that because it is low lying.
