There is a Holy Well around Thurstianstown in the fields and it is said it cured all sorts of diseases in ancient times.

Once there was a man who had a blind horse, and when he saw all the people getting cured, he brought the horse to this well.
He bathed the horse's eyes and the horse got his sight, and the man himself was struck blind, and instead of the man leading the horse home it was the horse that led the man.
