    Tá Máire Mac 'na caoineadh is breac as an t-samhraidh
    Seas suas i sean dá rotha, sean da rotha
    Seas suas i " " " " " "

    All the times there is a person sitting in the centre of the ring. When she hears the players say Seas Suas she gets up and takes some one in from the ring. Then the players stand still and hold up their hands. The two who are in the ring begin to run in and out between the players. The player who is taken in sits in the centre of the ring next.
