    The Raw is a field with a great ring in the middle of it. People say that it is not right to cut a bush in it. People say that it was a graveyard long ago. It is said that there is a light seen there at times. People don't interfere with it when they are ploughing the field. It is a very lonely looking place and people don't like to cross the field at night. It is situated in Mr. Patrick Ryan's farm in Ballyhist. The shape of it is round.
