    we are going to get fine weather. If there is brightness on the rocks it is a sign of good weather, but when the rocks are dull it is a sign that we are going to get bad weather. It is a sign of bad weather when the hills look near, and when they look far away it is a sign of good weather. A very bad sign of the weather is to see the fog going down on the hills, but when it is going up it is the sign of good weather. Dust on the roadway is the sign of rain. Bubbles on locks is the sign of rain. When locks dry quickly on roads it is the sign of more rain. If haws are plentiful it is a sign that we are going to have a dry year.
