  1. I asked my Grand Uncle to tell me a story and this is the one that he told me. "As my father worked in Bowens Court long ago and we were all born and reared in a mud house in the wood. At that time there lived a man in Bowens Court by the name of Mr Horgan. One night there was heard the noise of the hoove's of horses. That night a child who was very ill died.
    Next morning Mr Horgan went out to ring the bell to call the servants to their breakfast. He was later found dead in the place where the bell was
