    Not forgetting Allan, Larkin and O'Brien,—
    They are mouldering in the clay.
    The British crown we'll tatter down
    And God grant we'll make them run,
    And a rifle will revenge the day
    The Manchester men were hanged.
    United, brave, we'll smash the chain
    Of Erin's liberty
    And we'll write young Emmet's epitaph,
    "Old Ireland must be free."
