    There were three stepbrothers living together in the Spa.

    There were three stepbrothers living together in the Spa.
    Two of them were very poor. One of the was getting on well, and the two poor men made a plan to kill him. They settled on this night to do him in, and he found it out. He went into his mother's bed, and put the mother sleeping in his bed. The brothers came in and killed the mother, thinking it was their stepbrother. In the morning he went to bury his mother. He went into the town, and his mother on his back, shouting: "Old Hags for gunpowder." When he walked one street shouting this, he went and buried his mother. He came home
