    This is the story of "Park Light":-
    About 1/4 mile from the house of Mr Thos. Knox, Grange hill there is an old Church-yard called Park Church on the farm of a man called Darcy.
    When someone in the neighbourhood who would be buried here, is about to die, this Light is supposed to come for them. It rises from the church-yard and goes off in the direction of the person's house and hovers over the house and yard until the person dies.
    People must avoid meeting it on the road or in the fields - it is considered not lucky to meet it.
