    won another for running.
    Jack Comerford, Rossenarra, Kilmaganny was a long-distance runner, running about 4 miles.
    Hanny from Callan was the world's champion runner (according to Ellie Browne). His race was 20 miles & sometimes more.
    (3) Great Walkers:-
    Paddy Whelan, Kilmaganny, used walk to Kilkenny, a distance of 15 miles in three hours (From Pctk Dunne). John Forde says in 4 hours.
    (4) Great Jumpers:-
    The River 'Glory', when flooded, seems to be the limit for most. Its width is then 20 feet. It was jumped by several, but notably be Vincent O'Brien, who jumped it when only 16 years old.
    (5) Great Mowers:-
    According to Patk Dunne, his grand-father, who mowed an acre of corn in a day, was a great mower.
    There is no mention of challenges.
    (6) Noted Dancers:-
    The only mention is of Mr. [?], who taught dancing.
