  1. There are eight tailors in the district. They work in their homes. Some tailors stock cloth for the making of suits. The cloth is made in factories. The local people wear clothes made from such cloth. The tailor uses a sewing maching, threads, needles, a thimble, scissors, tape and an iron.
    Shirts for small boys are still made in the country. They are made from flannelette which is bought in the shops. Socks and stockings are knitted still. The wool or thread is not spin in the homes it is bought in the shops. There are no spinning wheels in our district now.
