    smiths have no special powers. They are always looked upon as being very strong.
    I don't know of any stories connected with local forges.

  2. There are fix or six forges in the district. The men that own them are Pat Lynch of the Commons, Ned Trainer and Mick McQuaid of Mainstreet, and Peter McManus of Muckno Street.
    Most of them have been smiths for several years. Some of them good smiths. Some of the forges are stone with slated roofs, and some of them are built with brick with slated roofs. The doors are square.
    The tools the smith uses are - Sledges, hammers, files.
