    Henry Arthur Herbert was the landlord of my district long ago. He died in the district after being a landlord for forty years there. He evicted Tom Leary Lahard. He divided every big farm into two farms to increase the population of the people. Every year he increased the rent on the farms. if anyone had not his rent paid before the first of April the land and dwelling house were taken from him. Animals were the rent the that was collected every year.
