    Nettles when boiled and eaten one said to cure Rheumatism. The juice of boiled nettles mixed with milk and taken cures measles
    Chick weed - Cluthan- when roasted and applied to swollen joints cures them
    The Dock-leaf - Capog - cures stings. The juice should be rubbed into the affected part.
    The flagger leaf will cure corns. The leaf should be tied round the corn.
    The Dandelion: The juice of the dandelion well boiled and mixed with milk is a cure for the liver.
    The Cpadan: The juice of the boiled root drank in its purity cures colds.
    The water cress eaten raw fasting is a cure for heart troubles.
    The Dandelion, Daisy and buachalton when boiled and their juice mixed with beer are used to cure jaundice
    The cowslip when pounded soft and applied to a burn is a good cure
    Fopan, The juice of this plant is given to cattle suffering from scour.
    The Mallow is boiled down to thick juice and strained after which it forms a thick substance
