    She rubbed some of the water to one of her eyes. Some time after that she was in Ballinamore, she met the same crowd of fairies. She spoke to them. One of them asked her which eye she saw them with. She tried both eyes and found it was the one she rubbed the water to. The man stuck his finger in her eye and blinded her.
