two large round stones. The long stone is placed on the top of the two round stones.
The master of this school was named Paddy Kilmartin. He taught Irish, Latin, reading, writing and Arithmetic there. The scholars sat on the long stone and the younger ones sat on the grass. It is said that the master was kindhearted. The remains of his house which was situated near the school, are still to be seen.
