  1. The travelling folk of my district fall under three headings. Musicians, gipsies, and tinkers.
    We have street musicians every day except Sunday. They play all kinds of musical instruments such as voilins, piano-accordian's fiddles, mouth organs, Jew-harps and melodians They usually take up their stand before a public house and when they are finished they go around and collect the pennies. Sometimes they get sixpence to go away.
