    One night an old fisherman was walking along Youghal Strand, he saw a golden comb. He picked it up and brought it home. About an hour later, he heard a knock at the door, and he thought that it was the wind. He heard the knock again and this time he went out, and there was a mermaid outside.
    She asked him for her comb that he found on the strand and he gave it to her. The man was wondering all the night, how she found out who it was who took her comb.
