  1. The Mermaids are sea girls. They live underneath the sea. Sometimes they come on land I heard many stories about mermaids, but I never met a person who saw one.
    This is one of the stories I have heard about one. Ond day a fisherman was walking along the shore, he saw a comb on the sands. He picked it up and brought it home with him. Next day, when he was sitting by the fire he heard a knock at the door. He went and opened the door, and there was a beautiful lady standing outside.
    She said, "Did you find a comb on the strand." Yes I did madam"
