  1. This prayer was said after meals :-
    O my Lord! it was You who gave me this bread. I know that it would be a sin to waste it.
    There are many who are better than I am and are hungry.
    This prayer was said on going to rest :-
    O! my Lord, I love you
    O! my Lord, I must die
    And if I die in mortal sin
    I will be lost forever.
    This prayer was said on awakening :-
    "My dear Jesus, I know you could have taken away my life this night
    And I thank Thee for allowing me to live for a little longer
