The martin builds her nest under the eaves of houses of mud. The corn-crake builds her nest in a hole in a meadow. The owl builds her nest in a trunk of a tree, of mud and straw. The crane builds her nest on the top of a tree of mud, sticks and moss. The tom-tit builds her nest in a stone wall of moss and feathers. These birds lay about five eggs each.
