There are many proverbs in every country some like the Irish. The most like Ireland is China. There are many proverbs about the weather which I am going to speak of.

I am going to speaking of the rainbow first and its proverbs. It is said that a rainbow at night is the shepherds delight and a rainbow in the morning is the shepherds warning.
There is a story told about the cat when she lies with her back to the fire. It is said that it is going to rain. And there are many more stories about the cat.
It is said that a red sky at night is the sailors delight
