    Though some of its pupils have chosen to roam and some in old Ireland now work for a home,
    They shall always remember till they are neath the sod,
    There teacher in childhood and the School at the Rock.

    Kind fate has destined that i visit again,
    That spot in Glengarra where I first took a pen,
    There's but one place familiar as I stand neath the clock.
    Its the same teacher still in the School at the Rock.
