evicted people to try to buy back their own land again. Those collections were collected in cain. Some people did not like those collections.
The Burkes of Heathfield were also landlords. It is said that they had a big orchard, and they could not go into it but they would see a ghost. They told the local priest that if he would banish the Ghost they would give him some land, and money. The priest banished the ghost, but the landlord never gave him land or money.
