    Fritheadh pota óir i Gleann Caiseal in Iorrus uair. Bhí fear bocht ag dul thart ag iarraidh déirce. Thainic sé go teac airithe agus leite min-coirce a bhí acu leis an dinnéar. Thug siad cuid dó i tóin an phota. Nuair bhí sé réidh thug sé fa deara go raib focla laidne scríobtha ar an pota. Léigh sé nac raibh taobh den toin níos fearr ná an taobh eile.
    D’fiafruigh sé annsin de muinntear a tighe cá bhfuair siad an póta agus d’innis siad dó an áit a bhfuair siad faoi an talamh agus é líonta le ór.
    D’innis sé dóibh annsin céard do scríobta ar an pota. Fuair siad spáid. Chuaidh siad go dtí an áit agus fuair pota óir chomh mór leis an ceann a bhfuair siad ar an taobh eile den tor.
    Bhí an fear bocht saidhbhir as sin amach.
