    If a girl looks into a mirror at 12 o'c on November's night while eating an apple, she will see there her future husband.
    If a girl goes to where three baronies meet, and washes her under-garments there on November's night; then takes them home and puts them on a chair to dry before the fire; then goes to bed without saying a word, it is said that her husband-to-be will come and turn the clothes during the night, and that she will see him in her dreams.
